200-Hour ISHTA Yoga Teacher Training in Berlin

Whether you’re already a teacher, would like to become one, or simply want to deepen your knowledge and experience of yoga, teacher training is a profound and joyful way to learn more about not just yoga, but yourself. Immerse yourself in anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation and yogic philosophy! ISHTA’s Yoga Alliance certified 200-Hour teacher training program is designed to deepen your understanding of the science of yoga. Whether you plan to make a career out of teaching yoga or are simply looking to enhance your own practice, this program teaches you how to bring yoga into daily life. Areas of study include:

  • Asana and meditation practice
  • In-depth posture labs
  • Anatomy and physiology
  • Philosophy and principles of ISHTA Yoga
  • Pranayama and the energetic bodies
  • Meditation
  • Specialty areas, including prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, and Sanskrit

Note: This training is limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure personal attention and an individualized journey for all trainees. A maximum of two scholarship positions are available per training. As of September, there are still a few spaces left in the group.
